It is estimated that 1 in 5 adults in the Brazos Valley read below the 4th grade level.

BVLC has several waiting adults who want to learn to read. BVLC provides all of the training and materials. The schedule is flexible. The tutor/ mentor generally meets once a week for an hour in a public location.
